My poor head has been killing me all day. At first it was the hangover (I can't handle my pop these days), then it progressed to that been on facebook too long dull ache with eye-strain. Now it's that fucking hell I've been in my jammies all day arseing about on t'internet and I really should try to wind down.
Trouble is, I find it hard to wind down without getting down. Music helps manage my mood and I've ordered some stuff off Amazon about mood mapping so hopefully soon I can come off my meds again and be able to have a baby. Have to find a man first though. One step at a time. First step is chai and meds.
Using the computer will keep you wired. I spent all of the last two days reading failbook and hackedirl. It's no wonder I didn't sleep well last night, lol.
